Pork tenderloin is very simple to make and turns out so tender. The flavor is simply the best and you will love this recipe.

Not only is this meal so amazing but it is freezer friendly. Dinner time is a breeze with this delicious recipe. In fact, I try to keep this in the freezer for busy weeks.

You could even toss in some baby carrots in the crock pot and they will taste amazing when dinner is done. My kids just love crock pot carrots. Do yours?

How do you freeze crock pot pork tenderloin?

Just toss it all in a freezer baggy and freeze. Label. Then when you are ready to cook, just toss everything in the baggy in the crock pot and cook on low for about 8 hours.

Now if you want to save yourself even more time (don’t we all?) then I really recommend these Crockpot liners. They make clean up a breeze. Instead of scrubbing and washing the pot, you can just toss the liner. It is practically no clean up.

Honey soy slow cooker pork tenderloin ingredients:

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Minced Garlic
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Chicken Broth
  • Soy Sauce
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Cornstarch

How to cook pork tenderloin in crock pot:

Place the pork tenderloin in the crock pot.

Sprinkle the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and onion powder over the top of the tenderloin.

In a small bowl whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey and cornstarch together in a small bowl.

Pour this mixture into the crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 145-150 degrees Fahrenheit in the thickest part of the pork tenderloin. Watch closely as the pork can easily overcook in the crock pot.

Remove the pork tenderloin from the crock pot. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then the pork is ready to slice, serve with the sauce from the crock pot over the top and enjoy!
