After trying a few brands of dog food this one is the best for our Cavoodle. Petso has always maintained a reasonable price on this very expensive but nutritious, dog food and so we regularly stock up from Petso. The only down side is after straining the last quarter of the bag we always find at least a cupful of food dust and tiny pieces that is always present at the bottom of the bag. This may be a transport problem from the manufacturer but is compounded by neglectful delivery. As my dog can't hold down this dust and vomits it up, I have to throw it out and that amounts to $15-20 wastage per 2.5kg bag for the cup of dust, taking into account the amount of cups a 2.5kg bag holds and the cost per bag. Overall though, I have found bags from Petso are more carefully delivered than from other suppliers and the food does not end up so badly broken into inedible debris.

Cats love it and always eat it
I waste a fortune on buying my cats high quality foods that they won't touch or that they pretend to like initially so that I buy a dozen and then refuse to eat ever again...but I continue the search! This brand sounded quite good with its high meat content, so I gave it a try, and surprisingly, the cats loved it immediately and ate it all. I have bought this flavour many times now and they always eat it, so I feel like I am getting value buying something for a change! They love all the flavours in this range that are served in the pouches. They always seem excited just to smell it and then dive in to eat it.

Extrem slow dispatch and poor customer service
Very disappointed with extreme slow dispatch, only dispatch till you call them when was more than a week later after order! Poor customer service, no reply from email, then made multiple calls which they intentionally stay silent on their end every time until you hang up, I didn’t give up and finally she spoke, I asked for refund and told me she would email me with solution, guess what? Yes no email until a dispatch notification email. Never again

No luck for our cats
Another brand I wanted my cats to like because of the quality of ingredients but unfortunately they don’t like it at all. The texture is quite dry as well.

Wish they liked it
Wanted our cats to like it because of the good ingredients and handy size. Unfortunately they sniff it and walk away, have tried putting freeze dried toppers on it but still not interested. Also the cans are quite highly pressure sealed or something so when you open them it’s a bit of a splattery mess. Will have to figure out what to do with the cans I bought.
